Having worked at the LSE for almost three years it is good to see that achieving more diversity is at the forefront of many discussions and it is been taken more seriously than before. Let’s hope action is taken so it is not just merely seen as a tick box exercise. There are talented, gifted black students who I have been fortunate to work with in my role as well as staff. I hope to see a better representation of them at the LSE someday
