Examples of our product range includes:

• conference materials (incl. conference programmes, name plates, name badges and folders with capacity pockets)
• booklets (tape, spiral binding or saddle stitched)

• NCR sets of papers or forms that require duplication

• large format posters: A2, A1, A0 and other custom sizes
• roll up banners in 2 sizes: 800mm x 2000mm and 850mm x 2000mm
• foamboard printing

If you have a large amount of photocopying to do, consider using Reprographics, we can provide:

• black and white or colour copying 
• high volume work*

Reprographics has long-standing relationships with external print supply companies who can provide good value and turnaround times to suit most requirements with quotes and lead times promptly supplied.

Print work can be submitted to the Reprographics department in two formats:

1. Using Skyline, the online print submission system
   Print jobs should be submitted via Skyline. Skyline can be accessed via LFY. If working from home make sure you access the system via Remote Desktop or when conneted to VPN. Staff login is required. For more information, see How to Use Skyline
2. Hard copy submission
   We strongly recommend that electronic copy is used for the submission of print jobs. Where this is not possible, we will always accept work submitted as hard copy. A form can be filled in at Reprographics reception and submitted with the material to be copied. You can also submit job tickets with reference to a physical hard copy or paper originals via Skyline.

Before submitting a job, please read the LSE Copyright Policy and the conditions for photocopying and scanning under the CLA Higher Education Licence. If there is any doubt as to the legality of any print request, Reprographics reserves the right to put requests on hold pending clarification of the matter from the relevant copyright body.

Quotes

Reprographics can offer highly competitive quotes for all print requirements no matter what size. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

When using Skyline, it is also possible to view a quote before you send your job to print. 

Proofs

We recommend that you request a proof prior to printing any expensive or long run jobs. You can request this within Skyline by leaving a message in the Notes section.

Image quality for digital printing

Customers should be aware of the difference between low resolution and high resolution images. Images taken from the internet are often low resolution and are not suitable for any form of quality print.

All work is delivered directly to your office or workplace as soon as possible after printing.

Delivery times are from 09:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday.

If you need to collect the work yourself or require Reprographics to hold on to your work, please contact us on repro.admin@lse.ac.uk or extension 7986 and we will be happy to work to your requirements. You can also request collection of your work in Skyline through the delivery options in the system.
