LSE has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with New York University. The MoU establishes a framework to explore projects of mutual interest including teaching and research collaborations, as well as opportunities for cultural and social exchange between students of LSE and NYU London.
This summer, NYU will open its new London campus, adjacent to Clement House, after 25 years in Bloomsbury. NYU London Executive Director Mojtaba Moatamedi joined Eliot Borenstein (Vice Chancellor and Vice Provost for Global Programs) and Nancy Morrison (Vice President for Global Programs) in a visit to LSE to formalise our intention to collaborate as global institutions and neighbours. The delegation was received by LSE’s Chief Philanthropy and Global Engagement Officer, Ben Plummer-Powell.
Founded in 1831, New York University is the largest private university in the United States. The University has degree-granting campuses in New York, Abu Dhabi, and Shanghai and operates 14 global academic centres and research programs in more than 25 countries. It is 27th in the Times Higher Education rankings and 38th globally (QS World University Rankings).
