No. Usually, you won't need to be in your room for our maintenance team to check and repair the fault. Only authorised staff will access your room.
You can help us to access the fault by making sure it is easily accessible. For example if you've reported a fault with your window or curtains, by making sure the area is clear of obstructions.
If we do need you to be at home to check out the fault, we will let you know.
