Book your stand at the 2025 Careers in China Fairs

 

What takes place and when?

As part of Careers in China, we will be hosting three careers fairs in Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong during August 2025:

  • Beijing Fair (Monday 11 August 2025)
  • Shanghai Fair (Wednesday 13 August 2025)
  • Hong Kong Fair (Monday 18 August 2025) 

How much does it cost to take part?

It's free for an employer to have a stand at each fair (without a sponsorship package).

  • Beijing Fair - Free (stand only)
  • Shanghai Fair - Free (stand only)
  • Hong Kong Fair - Free (stand only)

For each event, we also have two different sponsorship packages available: Basic and Premium. 

Basic sponsorship gives you:

  • Employer stand at fair
  • Logo in digital brochure
  • Logo on all event marketing

Basic sponsorship costs:

  • Beijing Fair Basic Sponsorship - £350
  • Shanghai Fair Basic Sponsorship - £350
  • Hong Kong Fair Basic Sponsorship - £350

Premium sponsorship (fully booked): 

There is only one Premium sponsor space available at each fair. All premium sponsor spaces for our 2025 fairs have now been filled.

These events are a fantastic opportunity for organisations to connect with a talented, engaged cohort of students from leading academic institutions in the UK and US, specifically interested in pursuing careers in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong SAR.

 

Who is it for?

Our Careers in China events are designed to support students and alumni who are looking to pursue careers in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong. As such, we'd like to invite organisations to take part who:

  • have opportunities (internships, graduate schemes, experienced hire positions, etc) in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
  • are looking to attract and hire high-calibre students and recent graduates.
  • conduct work in sectors including (but not limited to) Accounting and Auditing; Advertising; Marketing; Public Relations; Media, Entertainment, Publishing and Journalism; Banking and Financial Services; Consultancy; Education, Teaching and Research; Engineering; FMCG, Manufacturing and Retail; Government, Public Sector and Policy; Health; Information, Digital Technology and Data; Law and Legal Services; NGOs, Charities and International Development; and Real Estate and Environmental Energy.
