Stuck on a problem and need a little help? Need to learn a skill and don’t know where to start? Attend an online drop-in session via Teams and we’ll help you find the solution that is right for you.

Our coding and research software drop-in sessions run daily and provide help with Python, R, NVivo, SPSS, Stata, LaTex, GitHub and Qualtrics.

Our collaboration tools drop-in sessions offer support with OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and Teams apps such as Forms, OneNote and Tasks.

Coding and research software drop-in sessions via Teams

Do you need help with importing your data or getting your data in the right format?

Having problems figuring out how to customize your plot?

We're offering daily drop-in sessions to help you with your coding and research software problems in the following: Python, R, NVivo, SPSS, Stata, LaTex, GitHub and Qualtrics. Sessions take place via Teams at the following times:

Monday  11 to 12pm - Python, R, Qualtrics, SPSS, LaTeX, GitHub

Tuesday  11 to 12pm - Python, R, NVivo, Qualtrics, Stata

Wednesday 3 to 4pm - Python, R, Qualtrics, SPSS, LaTeX, GitHub

Thursday 11 to 12pm - Python, R, NVivo, Qualtrics, Stata

Friday 3.30 to 4.30pm - Python, R, Stata, LaTex, Git/GitHub

How to join

1. Go to the teams overview.

2. Click on 'Join or create team' button.

3. Enter the code 3432ypf

4. Open the DSL-Coding-Support team page

5. Scroll down to the latest conversation to enter your question.

Collaboration tools consultations via Teams

Need advice on which collaboration tool is best for you? Are you stuck on how to set permissions in a Team channel? We're here to help with online live training consultations and best use advice on:

  • OneDrive
  • SharePoint
  • MS Teams
  • Other MS Teams Apps such as Forms, OneNote and Tasks

Sessions take place via Teams at the following times:

Monday 2 to 3pm

Thursdays 10 to 11am

No advanced booking required.

2. Click on 'Join or create team' button.
