Working on change programmes and projects
The DSL Learning and Digital Adoption Consultancy team partners with project and programme teams across the School to ensure colleagues are ready, capable and confident to adopt new systems, processes and ways of working. Our consultants can be embedded into programmes and projects from the start, working alongside business analysts, change managers, communications professionals and technical leads.

We work consultatively across the full training and adoption lifecycle:
- Training needs analysis and discovery sessions
- Training strategy design aligned to business goals and project timelines
- Development of learning assets including live sessions, quick reference guides, videos, e-learning, and SharePoint-based training hubs
- Communication materials and FAQs to strengthen engagement and reinforce learning
- Evaluation, confidence tracking, adoption data, and benefit-realisation reporting
We have contributed to major programmes across the School, including Curriculum Management, Digital Education Futures, Evolve HR and Payroll Transformation, IT Service Management (ITSM), PAGE CRM, and the Research Management and Infrastructure Programme (RMIP).
