Master's Dissertation: get started
The dissertation is a major part of most MSc programmes; and for many students, it is one of the most rewarding aspects of their study at LSE. If conducting your own research is new to you or if you are writing a dissertation for the first time (or for the first time in a long time!), come along to this workshop. We'll cover some of the basics about what a dissertation is, how to think about possible topics, and ways to prepare to become not just a reader of research - but a researcher yourself! We'll also discuss the many resources available to you between now and next summer, when you'll hand in your dissertation.
