Make a Difference

No matter if it’s big or small: Discovering what matters to you and contributing to creating change is both important and rewarding. At LSE, you are encouraged to actively step in and change the world around you. Whether you want to tackle an issue in your local community, a matter of global concern or something right here at LSE: You will find a supportive community with open minds and ears.

From mentoring other students and volunteering for a charity to getting involved with research that matters to you: Come along to the Make a Difference Fair on 6 February to chat with a range of teams from across the School about the various programmes and opportunities on offer.  

• Learn about programmes and initiatives you can get involved with this and next academic year. 

• Meet a range of teams in person and ask them any of your burning questions. 

• Find out more about application/sign-up processes and timelines. 

• Pick up a donut, join some fun activities and make your resolutions for 2025. 

Come along anytime in the timeslot you choose. There is no need to prepare.
