One-off volunteering

Afraid you don’t have time to volunteer? Or have you never volunteered before? Why not join one of our one-off volunteering opportunities and meet students from around the school whilst doing something good. Opportunities take up maximum one day, with no further commitment.

This one-off volunteering session is in collaboration with Little Village, a charity supporting families in London. As a volunteer you can help services delivered by their baby bank- you might be matching puzzle pieces, checking buggies, folding tiny clothes, or giving a well-loved toy a new lease of life - every small act helps a family feel seen and cared for.

Letters Against Isolation is a non profit organisation with an aim to improve the wellbeing of those who are at an increased risk of experiencing loneliness.

One-off Volunteering: The Ealing Beaver Project

The Ealing Wildlife Project is London’s first fully accessible urban beaver reintroduction site, dedicated to bringing people closer to nature right in the heart of the city. Sign up to volunteer for an afternoon in nature with other LSE volunteers, supporting sustainable charitable activity, wildlife and animal conservation.

One-off Volunteering: Knitting for Syria

This creative volunteering session is dedicated to knitting warm items which will be shared by charity providing on-the-ground support for civilians in Syria who are displaced as a result of conflict. Here you can learn a new skill and make a difference to those who are in need of support.
