Strategic and operational planning

supporting LSE to deliver success through its most critical asset, its people

To continue to excel as an organisation, LSE needs to recruit the best staff, who are supported and enabled to deliver excellence in an organisational culture that allows them to thrive.

Available below are a number of documents that explore the HR division's commitment - both strategic & operational - to delivering this vision.

The HR strategic plan

This strategy, which sets the direction of the HR division for five to ten years ahead, seeks to set out how the HR division can best support the institution to deliver success through its most critical asset, its people.

The 2017-18 draft HR operational plan

The operational plan sets out HR's priorities in the coming year.

Namely, this is to get HR set up on a strong foundation, providing a high quality operational service, whilst continuing to deliver robust policy and strategy work to support the School's key priorities.

We have published a draft version of our 2017-18 plan. Some elements may be subject to change before final approval.

The HR review action plan
