Support for local staff wellbeing and engagement initiatives

Welcome to the Good Ideas Fund! You may have already seen our annual Wellbeing Programme of activities that's been designed to enable staff to keep on top of their wellbeing year-round. 

We also wanted to find a way to support local wellbeing and engagement initiatives so that staff feel empowered to take action - the Good Ideas Fund is the outcome of that aim. If you have an idea for a wellbeing and/or engagement initiative where you work and need a little extra something to make it happen, then this is the page for you. 

The process for the Good Ideas Fund couldn't be simpler:

1. Click here to download and complete the application form* - we recommend that you take a look at the FAQs before completing the form.

2. Send the completed form to Staffwellbeing@lse.ac.uk. Please also attach a copy of your local Staff Survey Action Plan.

3. We'll be in touch!

*Please note that the Good Ideas Fund is intended to support local wellbeing initiatives at a department level. The Good Ideas Fund provides funding for up to a maximum of £1,500 per successful application – it is expected that the local area will match the requested amount. All applications should be signed by the relevant Head of Unit.
