Each academic department at the LSE has its own dedicated Teaching and Learning Centre departmental adviser, who have a wide range of expertise and are available to work with colleagues on any teaching or learning related matter.
Departmental advisers offer support and development in the following areas:
- At the individual level to academics who teach and key staff who have responsibilities for teaching and learning
- At the departmental level through away-day, bespoke departmental seminars and programme or department teaching and learning development projects
- At the leadership level to Heads of Department and Deputy Heads of Department for Teaching and Learning, through consultancy for operationalising departmental education strategies, as well as personal development such as coaching or mentoring.
As a good starting point, why not email us to sign up to our TLC mailing list? Our newletters go out two or three times a Term. You can also find us on Twitter or Facebook.
Details of your own department’s departmental adviser are below - you can find out more about them on our 'About Us' page. We look forward to working with you!
