Staffing Opportunities

We are looking for people who can exercise good judgement; have a flexible attitude to work and hours; can relate to students and are comfortable in a front-facing service focussed role.

Applications for Enrolment 2026 are now open!

Please review the information below and submit an application if you are interested. Applications will close on Monday 15 June 2026 at 12.00pm.

We are looking for people who can exercise good judgement; have a flexible attitude to work and hours; can relate to students and are comfortable in a front-facing service focused role.

The arrivals period at LSE runs from mid-August to late October. Most students will start to arrive on campus during the main Welcome period. We are particularly busy as we run Campus Enrolment.

To assist with these key events we recruit a number of staff to assist at Campus Enrolment, who are vital to the smooth running of the arrivals period.

There are a variety of roles available and you will be asked to specify which roles you'd like to undertake on the application form. Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will be allocated your preferred role. People who offer more flexibility about the roles they'd like to undertake are more likely to be selected. Whichever role you prefer, you are expected to be flexible and be prepared to undertake any of the roles listed.

To apply, please read all of the information below and then follow the instructions in 'the how to apply' section at the bottom of the page.

Availability
and shift allocation

Whilst we will consider any applications, our preference is for candidates who are reliably available throughout the whole period. We do understand though that people may have other commitments and we will always do our best to work around these.

When you apply you will be asked to indicate when you are available to work and this is the expected availability that you should have during the Campus Enrolment period.

We aim to allocate shifts as far in advance as possible and will always try our best to give you the pattern and quantity that you have requested.

Shifts will likely be allocated as full day shifts.

Please ensure that you indicate on your application form whether you are a visa-holder.
