What support can you access?
All LSE alumni
All LSE alumni have access to our careers information website.
Within five years of finishing your degree
LSE Careers continues to work with and provide careers support to alumni for up to five years after you've completed your programme.
If you completed your programme less than two years ago
You have full access to LSE Careers' services, including one-to-one careers advice appointments, events and our vacancy board.
If you completed your programme between two and five years ago
You can book up to two hours' worth of alumni careers discussion appointments. Complete an appointment request form to book a one-to-one session with an LSE careers consultant.
We also run a series of targeted events specifically for alumni who completed their course over two years ago, and you also have access to CareerHub to view our vacancy board.
How can you access these services?
You can book onto LSE Careers events and appointments on CareerHub.
Access to careers appointments and events changes depending on how long ago you completed your course. See the information above and our appointments page for more details.
How to access CareerHub:
As an LSE alum, you can access CareerHub for five years after you complete your programme at LSE. Please note that this is not from the date you graduate; it is usually from the end of June for undergraduates and nine month master's students, and from the end of September for 12 month master's students.
Current LSE students
Visit careers.lse.ac.uk/students/login and select "Current student". You can then use your LSE IT account to log in to CareerHub.
Graduate (degree programme completed within the last two years)
When you are marked as a "graduate" account on the student records system, you will get an email informing you that your CareerHub login method has changed. You will be invited to (re)set your password in that email. Click the link you're sent to set a new password and use the "Graduate" option on the CareerHub login page to log in.
If you have already done this and have forgotten your password, click on the "Graduate" option and then the 'reset password' link to set your password again. A link will be emailed to you to reset the password.
If you have forgotten your username or no longer have access to the email that was associated with your CareerHub account, please fill in the lost CareerHub account form so that we can recover the account for you.
LSE alumni (degree programme completed more than two but less than five years ago)
Visit careers.lse.ac.uk/students/login then select "Alumni" and log in with your alumni account. If you have forgotten your CareerHub password click "Alumni" and then click the 'reset password' link to set your password again. A link will be emailed to you to reset the password.
If you have forgotten your CareerHub username and password or can no longer access the email address registered with LSE, please fill in a lost CareerHub account form so we can recover your account for you.
LSE research staff
Complete the form on the new user registration page and we’ll let you know when we’ve approved your registration. This will usually be on the same day.
Please note: if you have studied at LSE in the past and your staff ID is the same as your old student number then you will need to make up a unique staff ID to register with. We recommend adding '-staff' to the end of your staff ID.

Completed your programme more than five years ago?
Unfortunately you are not able to access CareerHub if you finished your LSE programme more than five years ago.
However you can still access almost all of the information on the LSE Careers website and in our Resource Centre for free.
How can you work with LSE Careers?
We encourage alumni to come back to LSE and participate in our events, in either an individual capacity or to represent your organisation. These events are designed to help current LSE students learn about different sectors and develop careers skills, and can also help you raise the profile of your company among LSE's student body.
If you'd be interested in volunteering with LSE Careers as an individual, from joining a panel to writing a blog post, please fill out the LSE Careers alumni volunteer form to be notified of any relevant opportunities.
If you are part of an organisation that would like to be involved with an LSE Careers event, please email careers.employers@lse.ac.uk.
