What is it?

eCareersGrad helps to prepare you for interviews to graduate schemes, jobs, internship and insight weeks with their modular, video-based, interactive eLearning courses.

You will gain an understanding of what employers are looking for in candidate responses to their interview questions as well as what components make a great answer.

The Interview Success course you can access as an LSE student works well before practicing video interviews with Shortlist.me.

What are the details?

You can expect the following from the Interview Success eLearning course:

  • Video-based candidate example answers for popular sectors including consulting, banking, finance, law, policy and the public sector.
  • 10+ recruiter answer scoring guides and illustrated answer structures for introductory, motivation, competency, strength-based (and weakness) and scenario questions.
  • Spotlights on anticipating potential questions, dealing with video interviews and what to ask the interviewer.

Students and alumni wanting to practice and improve their interviewing skills.
