What is it?
eCareersGrad provides modular, video‑based, interactive eLearning courses designed to help you prepare for interviews for graduate schemes, jobs, internships, and insight weeks.
Through its Interview Success course, you’ll learn what employers look for in candidate responses and understand the components of strong, well‑structured answers. The course features sector‑specific example answers, recruiter scoring guides, and illustrated structures for motivation, competency, strength‑based, commercial awareness, and scenario questions.

- Video-based candidate example answers across popular sectors including consulting, banking, finance, law, policy and the public sector. These examples show both effective and ineffective responses, helping you understand what “good” looks like.
- 10+ recruiter answer scoring guides and illustrated answer structures covering introductory, motivation, competency, strength‑based (and weakness), commercial awareness, and scenario questions. These provide clarity on how recruiters assess responses and how to structure your own effectively.
- Spotlights on key interview challenges, including anticipating potential questions, handling video interviews, and knowing what to ask the interviewer.
- PhD interview preparation materials, offering tailored guidance and example answers for academic‑style interviews to support candidates applying for PhD programmes.
