British Chamber of Commerce in Germany Foundation Scholarship
The BCCG Foundation is a charity registered in Germany. Since the formation in Germany in 1983 the Foundation has been providing financial support and partial scholarships to young British and German nationals for study or research in the Federal Republic of Germany or the United Kingdom respectively. In this way it seeks to promote understanding between the peoples and the furtherance of cultural relations between the two countries.
Citizens of the UK are eligible to apply for awards for study or research in Germany, and German citizens for awards for study or research in the UK. Applicants should be undertaking full time courses of study at universities leading to degrees, diplomas or equivalent qualifications.

DAAD Scholarships
Are you interested in studying or carrying out research at a German university?
DAAD (Deutscher Akadmischer Austausch Dienst/German Academic Exchange Service), a private, publicly funded, self governing organisation of higher education institutions in Germany, offers funding for study and research in Germany. Grants are available for all academic levels of study. DAAD grants are available to academic staff and students in the United Kingdom to participate in a wide variety of academic programmes. Applicants must normally be citizens of the UK and Ireland.

European Scholarship
The Evangelisches Studienwerk Villigst is a German protestant church foundation offering scholarships to European students studying in Germany. Eligible applicants should speak an advanced level of German. There are two closing dates for these on going scholarships: 1 March for winter terms; 1 September for summer terms.
