The Financial Support Office offers 15-minute bookable appointments for current students on Zoom, where a member of staff will be available to answer your questions.
These appointments can provide guidance and support on a range of financial support questions for undergraduate, postgraduate taught and postgraduate research students, including:
- Hardship financial support
- Payment queries
- All queries relating to studentships, scholarships and bursaries
Please note that the Fees Office within the Fees, Income and Credit Control Team (FICC) is separate to the Financial Support Office and provides support for the following topics:
- All queries relating to the payment of LSE tuition fees
- Tuition fee refunds
- Sponsor invoicing
- US or Canadian student loans
