Graduands and their ticket-holding guests are invited to attend an on-campus drinks reception. Unfortunately, it is not possible for guests without a ticket to join you.
Receptions officially start 30 minutes after the end of the ceremony to allow graduands and guests time to exit Grand Connaught Rooms and travel back to campus. The reception venues will be accessible to ticket holding graduands and guests as soon as the ceremony ends, so if you arrive back to campus before the 30 minutes, you can still access your reception.
Receptions will last for around one hour from the official start time. The location of your reception will be stated on the graduand ticket, as well as below:
