Sample LSE transcript

Graduates of undergraduate and taught graduate degree programmes from July 2005 onwards can request a diploma supplement.

If you graduated before July 2005, we cannot generate a Diploma Supplement.

The purpose of the Diploma Supplement is to provide sufficient recognition of qualifications (diplomas, degrees etc) and the School's model follows that developed by the European Commission, Council of Europe and UNESCO/CEPES.

The supplement is designed to provide a description of the nature, level, context and status of the studies that were successfully completed by the individual named on the original qualifications. It is free from any value judgements, equivalence statements or suggestions about recognition.

For further information on the Diploma Supplement please visit the European Commission's website.

To request a Diploma Supplement if you graduated in or after July 2005, please please submit an enquiry with Diploma Supplement as the subject line. In the enquiry, please include your full name, date of birth and ideally your LSE ID number. Please also include your programme of study and year of graduation to help us locate your record. Please note that if you are contacting us from an email address that we do not have on file, we may ask you to verify your identity before we can proceed.
