We are delighted to be hosting a series of Welcome to LSE100 events during LSE's Welcome Week 2024!
Our Welcome to LSE100 sessions are a fantastic opportunity for new undergraduate students to learn more about what to expect from the LSE100 course, meet fellow first-years from other Departments and connect with the wider LSE community.
In these sessions, students will also learn about the teams and services at LSE that will support their learning on LSE100 and throughout their studies, including LSE LIFE, the Library and the Digital Skills Lab.
Incoming first-year undergraduate students will only need to attend one session.
There is no sign-up required to attend - feel free to come along to whichever session works best for you! Please note, however, that places at these sessions are available on a first come, first served basis.
This year's Welcome to LSE100 events will take place on:
- Monday 23 September: 12.00 - 13.30 and 14.00 - 15.30
- Tuesday 24 September: 12.00 - 13.30 and 14.00 - 15.30
- Wednesday 25 September: 12.00 - 13.30 and 14.00 - 15.30
- Thursday 26 September: 12.00 - 13.30 and 14.00 - 15.30
All events will happen in LSE LIFE (Workspace 4) and refreshments will be provided at every session.
While students can attend any timeslot they choose, each student will be allocated to a specific session that works best with their Department's own Welcome schedule. This session will appear in your Student Hub calendar as an optional event.
