The lists below detail room allocations for all candidates with agreed Central Exam Adjustments (CEAs) and Late Entrants. Simply click on the PDF for the relevant session and find your candidate number.
All of the lists for daily CEA exam seatings will be published online by 11.59 pm (UK time) on Tuesday 22 December 2026.
A daily list is posted on the red boards in the Old Building Atrium and entrance of Clement House each morning (coloured pink for easy identification).
Please note that you will not have a seat number listed below or on the pink sheets. The Senior Invigilator in the room will allocate you a seat in your room when you arrive.

For the January 2027 exam period, you must submit your short-term CEA application for all exams by 23:59 on Thursday 17 December 2026 (UK time), together with valid supporting evidence.
If your application and supporting evidence are not received by 23:59 on 17 December 2026 (UK time), or if the evidence provided is not sufficient, the Panel will not be able to consider your request for short-term CEAs.
If you do not feel well enough to undertake your examination, you may wish to submit a deferral request Deferral.
