  • Winter ceremonies will take place 11-14 December 2023. We are running 12 ceremonies this winter. The schedule can be found here.

 

Confirming your attendance

To confirm your attendance at the December 2023 ceremonies, please submit the form below. Please confirm the role you will undertake at the ceremony (presenter, deputy presenter, departmental representative) and confirm if you require academic dress. If it's your first time attending the ceremonies, or your first time requesting academic dress, please ensure that you provide your academic dress requirements in full.

  • Academic Dress
    If required, we can provide you with academic dress free of charge. The School's academic dress supplier makes every effort to provide the correct outfit for you. In some instances, however, their stock, of overseas institution outfits especially, is already taken so they will provide an alternative outfit.

Which students attend which ceremony

Students on the following programmes will be invited to attend the ceremonies in July:

  • All undergraduate programmes

  • Standard MSc programmes with a June programme end date*

  • PhD students who are awarded prior to 30 April in the same year

  • Executive LLM students who are due to be awarded in June of the same year

  • MSc in Health Economics, Policy and Management (from 2019 onwards)

  • Executive MSc in Evaluation of Health Care Interventions and Outcomes, in collaboration with NICE (from 2023 onwards)

  • Executive Global MSc Management

  • Executive Master of Public Administration

  • Executive Master of Public Policy

  • Executive MSc in Behavioural Science

  • Executive MSc in Cities

Students on the following programmes will be invited to attend the ceremonies in December:

  • Standard MSc programmes with a September programme end date*

  • PhD students who are awarded prior to 30 September in the same year

  • Executive LLM students who are due to be awarded in September of the same year

  • Executive MSc in Political Economy of Europe

  • Executive MSc in Social Business and Entrepreneurship

  • Executive MSc in Health Economics, Outcomes and Management in Cardiovascular Sciences (from 2020 onwards)

* Students who resubmit their dissertation early will still attend the December ceremonies with the rest of their programme. It is not possible for students who resubmit their dissertation early to attend the July ceremonies.
