LSE is delivering six priorities to advance LGBTQ+ equity and inclusion. Informed by data, insight and co-created with the School community, they form an action plan that is co-ordinated by the EDI Division and accountable to the LGBTQ+ Steering Group:

LSE commits to:

Education and awareness - by providing opportunities for LGBTQ+ inclusion learning, training and awareness-raising activities to staff and students.

Communication and visibility - by sharing updates to relevant policies and completion of actions in the LGBTQ+ action plan.

Policies and practices - by providing further guidance and resources to those who support LGBTQ+ communities, to improve the experiences of students and staff.

Community engagement - by increasing cross-School collaboration and supporting LGBTQ+ activities and events.

Safeguarding - by providing better systems and processes for staff and students to ensure LSE is safe and welcoming, and people get the right support when they need it.
