I would like my office spring cleaned, what do I do?

As this is an additional cleaning service please contact the FM team with your request by email: FM Team Estates.FM@lse.ac.uk

The FM team will provide you with a quote for the additional service.

I have some blue confidential waste which needs collecting, who do I contact?

Please complete a Porters request form and they can collect the sacks for you. Alternatively please email estates.porters@lse.ac.uk or call x6760.

When will my bin be emptied?

Please see the Cleaning schedule by building to see when your bin is scheduled to be emptied. If it has been missed please complete a request via the Environment Service Request Form

When are the toilets cleaned in my building?

 Toilet areas are cleaned daily in all buildings.  To report an issue contact estates.fm@lse.ac.uk

My desk/windowsill has not been cleaned?

The cleaners do not remove items from desks or windowsills so please ensure these areas are cleared of papers/items etc. to enable the cleaners to clean the area.

The sanitary waste bin is full, who do I contact?

Please contact the FM team on Estates.FM@lse.ac.uk with your request.

The hand dryer is broken in the toilet. Who do I report this to?

Please report this to the Estates Helpdesk via the self service portal

How do I get rid of my cardboard?

Please fold the cardboard and place next to the bin, or report this to the Estates Helpdesk by completing the Service request form. 

When I have my locks changed/door code changed do the cleaners need to know?

Yes as it may impede on their ability to clean your office. Report to the Estates FM team on Estates.FM@lse.ac.uk

I have got pests of some type, who should I contact?

Please contact the FM Team via email on Estates.FM@lse.ac.uk and they will book pest control visit.

When are my office windows due to be cleaned?

Please contact the FM Team via email on Estates.FM@lse.ac.uk and they will provide you with the schedule.

What are eyebolts?

An eye bolt is a bolt with a loop at one end. They are used to firmly attach a securing eye to a structure, so that ropes or cables may then be tied to it.
