The LSE Sportsground is available for use by staff and students of the School and facilities are available for hire by external users when not in use by the Athletics Union

LSE Sportsground Pavillion

The LSE has 9.5 hectares of playing fields in New Malden, Surrey. There is a main pavilion which houses changing rooms and shower facilities, as well as a kitchen and function room. Sporting amenities include seven football and two rugby pitches in the winter and two cricket squares and cricket nets in the summer.  Floodlit multi-use games area for netball and tennis are available all year. These facilities are available for use by staff and students of the School and are available for hire by external users when not in use by the Athletics Union.

Map and directions

By road
From A3, take the turning for the New Malden Fountain roundabout.
Follow sign posts for Kingston (A203), turn left immediately before the railway bridge into South Lane.
Follow the road round and take the 5th turning on the right into Cotsford Avenue.
Continue to the end of the road and turn left at the T-Junction. The sportsground is approximately 100m along on the right.

By rail
The sportsground is a 30 minute train ride from Waterloo Station (which is walking distance from Houghton Street campus) to either Berrylands or New Malden. 
Directions from Berrylands station:
Walk up the hill out of the station, turn left at the roundabout. Walk down to the next roundabout and turn left following the foot/cycle path that passes between the park and sportsground, at the road (Windsor Avenue) turn right, LSE sportsground is the second on the right.
