What the team does

The Student Records Team is responsible for general student record managment. 

Our specific responsibilities include: 

  • Change of Circumstances - interruptions, transfers and withdrawals
  • Results and award administration, including certificates and transcripts
  • ID card management
  • SLC reporting and administration
  • Student verifications including HEDD, Oyster cards, confirmation of award letters
