Mental Health and LGBTQIA+
Being LGBTQIA+ is not a mental health problem and it does not cause mental health problems. But, as is the same for many marginalised communities, people who are LGBTQIA+ often face discrimination and stigma which can affect our mental health.
Looking after ourselves can be hard, and it is often difficult to know where to start. We hope that some of these resources will be a positive guide to finding support.
