Delivery on campus
On delivery to campus, the item is asset tagged and receipted on OneFinance by the Finance Division's Tech Purchasing team. Once this is completed, Tech Purchasing will email DTS and the end user to advise that the item has arrived on campus and is ready for DTS to perform the initial setup.
When the initial setup has been completed, the device is ready for collection. DTS will send an email to either book an appointment from the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) office, or arrange an on-campus installation via the End User Computing (EUC) team.

New Starters
If you are a manager who has ordered a laptop for a new starter, you can book an appointment for collection on their behalf however, they must have their LSE user account details to hand and have completed the MFA setup process before we can set up their laptop.
Delivery off campus
All Windows laptops will arrive pre-configured for seamless setup and they can be delivered off campus staight from DELL. DTS can also schedule appointments for those requiring assistance.
Windows Desktop PCs, iMacs and MacBooks, however, require configuration by DTS prior to installation therefore, they need to be delivered to campus first.
If you need onwards delivery, this will need to be organised separately after the device has been collected from DTS. For more information on this, please see our Courier Deliveries page.
