LSE Catering have demonstrated their commitment to providing sustainable and healthy food in the Environmental, Sustainable and Healthy Food Policy and Targets.
In summer 2018, they received the maximum award of Three Stars from the Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA), for all four LSE Catered Halls and LSE campus restaurants. This is an improvement from 2016 when Two Stars was awarded.
The Fourth Floor Restaurant in the Old Building hold regular events, Feel Good Food Days, to raise awareness about the environmental impact of the food we eat. Customers are offered extra vegetarian options, and a meat reduced menu.
