We administer and advise on appeals against confirmed results. We also administer the process for dealing with allegations of misconduct and plagiarism.

We consider some student complaints about academic matters and advise on degree and programme regulations.

We also administer the process around exceptional circumstances. 

Starting in the 2023/24 academic year, we will be administering the deferrals process.
