Monthly forums for line managers that explore best practice in supporting disabled staff.

"Sharing experiences, tips and good practice in  supporting disabled staff."

Do you have line management responsibilities at LSE? If so, please join us for the new monthly online LSE Manager Forums: Demystifying Disability in the Workplace, hosted by Lucy Mu, the new Staff Disability and Mental Health Adviser, and supported by the HR Partnering Team.

These forums are for LSE managers to come and share their experiences, tips and good practice in relation to supporting disabled staff, as well as discussing the challenges associated with navigating related systems and processes such as Occupational Health and Access to Work.

The sessions will start with a brief introduction to the theme, as well as signposting to relevant support and resources.  You are welcome to join for as long as you want, to listen in, ask questions, or join a discussion to talk through any specific challenges or positive experiences.

Themes attributed to each session will provide a focus for discussion and managers are encouraged to bring any themes they would like to discuss in relation to supporting and making adjustments for their staff. The aim is to be as flexible as possible to the needs of attendees.

There is no need to register in advance; Teams meeting links to join each forum are provided below.
