Arrangements for Central Exam Adjustments

Working at the end of your studies

If you have a student visa, you can work part time during your studies and full time during the vacation. The vacation time starts after the official term end date, not after your final exam. If you are a one year Masters student and have to submit a dissertation, your vacation time starts after the official end of your programme in September.

More details about working at the end of your studies are available from the LSE Student Advice and Engagement Team.

Deferred Exams

If you have successfully requested to defer an in-person exam it may still appear on your personal exam timetable.

The email confirming your successful deferral request serves as confirmation that your exam has been deferred to the next appropriate assessment period. Your personal exam timetable will not necessarily be updated to remove this exam, this is perfectly normal.
