What the team does

The Student Services Events Team are responsible for a number of key events including Enrolment, Welcome, Graduation, and the Off Campus Support Scheme.

Our specific responsibilities include: 

  • Organising and delivering enrolment for new and continuing undergraduate, taught graduate, and executive master students; including the production of ID cards for these new students
  • Co-ordinating central LSE Welcome events and materials such as the Welcome Presentations, Welcome Guide, Help Points, Campus Tours and Local History Tours
  • Running LSE's Graduation Ceremonies in London and Beijing.
  • Managing the Off Campus Support Scheme
  • Co-ordinating a suite of student-facing webpages including the Graduating from LSE webpages, some of the Welcome webpages, and the Enrolment webpages
