The deadline to pre-enrol, campus enrol, and online re-enrol is Friday 23 October 2026. Please note that some departments/programmes may have an earlier latest enrolment date, so please check with your department accordingly.
If you are returning from interruption in Winter Term, please visit the Campus Enrolment Schedule webpage in early December for information about dates and times for Campus Enrolment.
If you are a PhD student, please contact the PhD Academy directly to make arrangements to campus enrol.
All students are required to pre-enrol (new students) or re-enrol (continuing students).
You will receive an email notification when it is time to online pre-enrol or online re-enrol for your programme.
Please complete online pre-enrolment or online re-enrolment as soon as you can.

Late Campus Enrolment for students arriving after their scheduled session but during Main Enrolment is available as follows:
Monday 21 September: 09am - 09.45am in the Marshall Building
Tuesday 22 September: 09am - 09.45am in the Marshall Building
Wednesday 23 September: 09am - 09.45am in the Marshall Building
Thursday 24 September: 09am - 10.15am in the Marshall Building
Friday 25 September: 09am - 09.45am and 12noon - 4pm in the Marshall Building
Late Campus Enrolment for students who missed their session during Main Enrolment is available in the Old Building as follows:
Monday 28 September - Friday 2 October: 10am - 2pm in the SSC Atrium
Monday 5, Wednesday 7 and Friday 9 October: 10am - 12noon in the SSC Atrium
Monday 12 and Friday 16 October: 10am - 12noon in the SSC Atrium
Monday 19 and Friday 23 October: 10am - 12noon in the SSC Atrium
If you are an incoming exchange student for Winter Term 2026/7 and have missed your scheduled campus enrolment session or you are a student returning from interruption, please campus enrol at the Student Services counter (OLD Building) during opening hours.
The latest date to campus enrol for Winter Term 2026/7 will be Friday 29 January 2027.
